Cuttlefish Ink sauce

A sauce aimed at the preparation of first courses with the scent of the sea and an intense taste, characteristic for its colour given by the ink of the cuttlefish, gives the dish a great chromatic impact. The artisan recipe of the Black Cuttlefish Sauce contains high quality products, Italian tomato, cuttlefish and cuttlefish ink, finely chopped onion, white wine and a pinch of chilli to give liveliness and personality.

Double concentrated tomato 60%, cuttlefish 15%, cuttlefish ink 4%, onion, sunflower oil, white wine, salt, black pepper.

Excellent for preparing your tasty risottos and for dressing delicious spaghetti with cuttlefish ink. Heat the contents and pour it directly on the dish.
