Black Mulberries Jam
The black mulberry jam is the result of an artisanal process that has put together 3 simple ingredients: black mulberries, sugar and a very small part of lemon juice which gives it that very slight acrid aftertaste, a typical delicacy of Sicilian cuisine. Intense purple colour, unique taste and characteristic aroma.
Granulated sugar, black mulberries, fruit pectin, citric acid.

To be enjoyed at any time of the day for a recharge of energy. We recommend spreading it on bread, rusks or biscuits. Try it also as an accompaniment to seasoned or semi-seasoned cheeses. Black Mulberry is rich in anthocyanins and resveratrol, natural antioxidants, they contain vitamins A and C, mineral salts such as calcium and phosphorus and also tannins.
