Classic dish composed by the fusion of several vegetables, which together create an excellent side dish or appetizer, many variations combined with the recipe, each one worthy of being savored.

Aubergines, peppers, onion, olives, celery, capers, tomato (origin Italy), sultanas, salt, sweet and sour.

280g glass jar

Heat the contents and pour it directly on the dish.
