Traditional Ragu sauce

Double concentrated tomato 40%, Tomato pulp 20%, Pork 15%, Beef 5%, onion, celery, carrot, sunflower oil, red wine, salt, black pepper, sugar, spices (cinnamon, rosemary, nutmeg).
