Tuna and Fennel Sauce
In this variant of the tuna sauce, we find a particular ingredient of EtnaFrutti production "The Wild Fennel", very aromatic with a unique flavour. Ideal for seasoning dishes giving a strong and rich taste. An excellent fish sauce, suitable for dressing short or long pasta.
Tomato pulp 60%, Tuna 15%, Wild fennel 8%, anchovy paste, parsley, sunflower oil, sugar, garlic, salt, pepper.

Add the breadcrumbs and pecorino to enhance the flavour. Heat the contents and pour it directly on the dish.
